Sidney Watson, member and law professor at St. Louis University who has been very active in promoting health care reform will lead the discussion. With the Supreme Court decision, the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) is set to go fully into effect in 2014. There are a number of issues to be resolved including the extent to which Missouri will be able to provide Medicaid support to an additional 300,000 citizens, an initiative that will be fully funded by the federal government for the next 3 years.
