Sidney Watson, member and law professor at St. Louis University who has been very active in promoting health care reform will lead the discussion. With the Affordable Care Act (Obama Care) set to go into full effect a number of issues need to be resolved. These include the extent to which Missouri will be able to provide Medicaid support to an additional 260,000 citizens.
