So begins and ends the April Great Books selection: Genesis from the Hebrew Scriptures. Come explore everything that happens in-between in this seminal work of mythology that describes the awakening and definition of a people.
Alienated Labour by Karl Marx. Marx defines alienation as the separation of things which should be together and the animosity that arises between these things. This work is a study of alienation of the worker (labour) to a capitalistic system.
