First Church Fall Food Drive

While hunger never takes a holiday for many in St. Louis, it is something we as a church community can address. Beginning in October, the Social Responsibility committee will initiate a stepped-up food drive to help stock the food pantry operated by our CWE neighbor, Trinity Episcopal Church. Trinity’s pantry currently serves between 450 and 550 individuals each month and is struggling to keep up with demand that is anticipated to grow during the upcoming months.  We encourage only donations of unexpired (preferable pop-topped) canned or boxed items due to safety and health considerations. If you would like to help, please consider ongoing donations of any of the food items listed above.
