First Unitarian Church, 5007 Waterman Boulevard, is located at the northwest corner of Kingshighway and Waterman. The name of the church is also on the east end of the education wing, facing Kingshighway.

Parking is available in a lot just west of the church building; additional parking is usually available in the lot on the west side of Central Reform Congregation's building across the street. There is limited street parking on both Waterman and Kingshighway.

First Unitarian Church is located one mile north of the intersection of Interstate 64/Highway 40 and Kingshighway.
